Don't bother with the nook sample

The free "sample" is nothing more than the cover, contents, praise, forward, and acknowledgments -- nothing written by the actual author. I had hoped to get a taste for the author's book writing style, as I had read an article and heard a podcast by him.

I'll update this review if I decide to buy the book based on so little information.
