Procrastination is a serious and costly problem. And time management isn't the solution. • The natural "causes" for procrastination and how to track and then stop procrastination.
• New techniques that cut through procrastination barriers that affect work and productivity.

The free "sample" is nothing more than the cover, contents, praise, forward, and acknowledgments -- nothing written by the actual author. I had hoped to get a taste for the author's book writing style, as I had read an article and heard a podcast by him.
I'll update this review if I decide to buy the book based on so little information.
