You Can Have a New Beginning
Do not [earnestly] remember the former things; neither consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing!
ISAIAH 43:18-19
God created us to need new beginnings- places where we can release our faith and say, "This is a place of new beginnings for me, a place to have a fresh start." The dawn of a new year is always a good time for a fresh start.
You can experience the abundant life Jesus says you can have, but it requires making a decision to let go of the past. Unless you refuse to go on the way you have been, no change will come. God wants to change things for you, but He is waiting for your total cooperation.
Seldom do your circumstances change without something first changing in you. So if you want to experience God's "new thing" this year, release your faith right now and say, "This is a place of new beginnings for me." Then watch for the results.

I bought this book to have some type of structured "end of the day" devotional. I wanted something to help me reflect on the day and praise the Good Lord for the day. I have enjoyed it so much it is now another morning devotional. The thoughts and messages are so inspirational I want to start my day with them. This is my first Joyce Meyers devotional. I am very pleased.

Don't go to sleep at night until you read at least one page each night, they're dated

No matter how rough my day is I always look forward to spending time in God's word then with Ending My Day with this book. It always relaxes and encourages me.

there where many nights that i have read this devotional that it has ministered to my present situation. it has not only blessed me but my roomates ass well. buy it it will bless you. they have one for the morning to

It has a devotion for every day of the year. I like to write in my books. My daughter finds this horrifying. She likes her books to look brand new.
I write the year (it already has the day in it and month). I write if it is a special occasion (i.e. someone's birthday, etc.).
The day begins with a title related to what she is writing about for that day. Then, she writes a Bible verse at the top.
After that she gives insight into the Bible verse and what she thinks God would like us to learn from that verse or title.
She also may give an experience and that is also what inspires me.
All in all, I start my day off with a Bible verse, and her insights, and that experience usually helps me with my day!
