    Fantastic Self-Help Book

After reading this book, I gained more insight into the actual disease of Endometriosis and how to help my body heal itself through nutrition. Doctor's don't really discuss the importance of nutrition in dealing with the pain of endometriosis and healing from it. This is an easy to read scientific book that is both informational and fun to read. It also includes testimonials from women who have changed their diets and how much of a difference it has made. I recommend it to any woman or male trying to gain more knowledge of Endometriosis and how to heal from it. Loved it.

    Worth the money

It works! It was not clear to me what Endometriosis was even though my doctors tried to explain how the disease works. I now understand more about endometriosis. More importantly, the book has given me ideas on how to decrease my pain and it is working.
