Raising the Energy Level for Growth and Profit

Two months ago, I had became a new supervisor at a nonprofit company which I had worked at for the past four years. Almost everyone in my department was unhappy and productive was low. I was struggling to figure out how to raise the morale and productive of my department. I was very frustrated and becoming unhappy. As I was reading Energy Leadership I was able to identify the levels of energy of every employee and supervisor in my department including myself. Could you believe most of the employees were at level 1 or 2. which was impacting the productive, growth, and profit of the company. Reading Energy Leadership had giving me some great ideas on how I could help the employees I was supervising. Now I am working one on one with the employees I supervisor to raise their energy so they can be more productive and also less stressed in their personal lives. In the past month, my employees have been less stressful and referrals in my department have increased we now need to hire more employees.
