    Good Energy!

    Donna Eden's approach to medicine is as unique as it is effectve. She seems to have a wisdom born of much work on herself and others. I loved reading about the healing she did with the woman with bronchitis. I would like to do some energy healing work myself someday and when I do will consult this bok.

    I like her energy!

    I like this book. She seems to have a nice healing energy which comes through in her writing. The illustrations were a little weak though. Energetic Anatomy by Mark Rich has some pretty good illustrations and talks about some things I had never even heard of!

    A must have book for anyone who is breathing

    Ever wonder why some days you feel great and others you're just not 'with it' at all? This book explains, in layman's terms, all about your body's energies and what you can do to stay healthy and energetic. Simple tips on how to keep your mind focused, what to do to get rid of a cold, how to relieve stress, and much much more. We should all learn this stuff in grade school! Great for parents, teachers, medical practitioners, and anyone interested in staying healthy and energized. This is my bible...it is dogeared, underlined, and has post-its all over it. It is one of the best values on the planet!

    ACHIEVE TRUE HEALTH

    When a person is extremely ill or under a great deal of stress, energy flows often go out of balance, vital energy pathways are blocked and the body cannot function effectively. The 5 minute daily routine can unblock these vital energy pathways to promote healing on all levels--brings sparkle to the eyes, color to the skin, increases vitality and an overall feeling of well-being. The headache technique works quickly. Holding the frontal neurovascular points clears the mind. The book is very easy to understand and apply.
