I was really hopeful and excited about this, but was very disappointed. The techniques didn't work at all. I don't doubt that the author has the ability to work with energy and healing, I just think it's something that you have to be born with. And if you were born with that ability, you wouldn't need this kit anyways. It may work better for someone who has the natural ability for it.
