    Tapping into Instant Insight

This is an amazingly wonderfully little book. I've read lots and lots of self-help books, but never anything like this one. The authors not only give excellent details about the various topics (phobias, trauma, PTSD, anger/rage, depression, addiction, weight reduction, sports obsticles, etc.), they also guide you through easy-to-follow self-treatments that get results RIGHT NOW! There's hardly ever a question that the technique worked, since you feel the change right away! For example, I had been upset about something that happened several months ago. Two rounds of Gallo and Vincenzi's tapping treatment, which took about a minute, and I could no longer feel upset. Also my thoughts and understanding of the event changed in a poisitive way. They could have called this book, TAPPING INTO INSTANT INSIGHT. Read it and use it; you'll be glad you did.

    Prozac for the 21st Century

'Energy Tapping' is more than a self-help book. It is a manual for getting humans unstuck. The psychology of the 20th century taught that by changing negative thoughts we feel better and perform better. What do you do if you can't change your negative thinking? Fred Gallo and Harry Vincenzi have taken psychology a quantum leap into the 21st century by teaching humans how to get unstuck and stay unstuck from negative thoughts and emotions through Energy Psychology. This is a MUST READ book for anyone who is stuck. For those who are happy, buy it and pass it along to someone who is unhappy. It will be the best gift you ever bought them.
