The book I ordered was listed as brand new. The one I received was very used, had writing in all of the pages, and very poor condition. I did not receive a packing list. I emailed the seller and never heard back from them. I contacted Barnes and Noble and was told to mail the book back and get a tracking number so we know they received it. So far I have paid for the book, paid to ship it back and have never heard from the seller.
