Overview

What if everything you think you want isn't what you actually need...

Dr. Shelly Monroe is a woman who doesn't shy away from going after what she wants, but lately good sex has been hard to find. Shelly's become increasingly frustrated with the men she's been dating and the men she believes are the right choice.

Joshua Daniels is certainly not even close to the right choice. In fact he is exactly the wrong choice. For one thing, he's Mason Langley's best friend and best man. Second he's too much of a risky complication for Shelly to even consider.

Then why can't she stop thinking about how delicious he looked that first night she met him at Exquisite? Why is it so imperative to keep her lusty desire for a man that doesn’t meet her preconceived mold hidden from Lena and Mason, her trusted friends?

It seems unreasonable that being with a man completely wrong in theory could somehow feel so right. Then why is it the more she sees him the more enticing he becomes?

Editorial Reviews

Thank you, thank you, thank you Ella Frank for writing this breath-of-fresh-air of a series. Sometimes you need something closer to home and this series delivers just that. It's one of the things I LOVE about this series.
Goodreads - Alyssa Kephart
If you thought Exquisite was hot, ladies, wait until you read the scorching-hot scenes in Entice. I'm talking panty-melting, leave-you-breathless scenes. Ella Frank does not disappoint.

Entice has all the qualities that you'd expect from an incredible book. It's edgy and angsty. Raw and full of passion. Oh, and did I mention hot-as-hell? Entice will have you devouring the pages as well as it's characters.
Goodreads - Candace Wood
Entice is the second book in the Exquisite series, and this time around, our focus shifts to the sexy, sassy Dr. Shelly Monroe and handsome, blue-collar Josh Daniels.

Shelly is so much fun to read and I swear if you were to look up the word "seductress" in the dictionary, you would find the picture above. The girl is bold and undeniably sexy. I'm dying for some man-eater monroe tips on seduction, so can we make that happen, please Ms. Frank?

Talk about sweet and a little sinful.  I enjoyed EXQUISITE and kept wanting to get back into reading this series but, you know, too many books and not enough time.  Then I forgot about it!  How could I?

Much like EXQUISITE, I thoroughly enjoyed ENTICE.  Here’s a kick ass woman who in general takes life by the balls.  She’s got a successful career and great friends, but not much luck in the men department.  In part, this is because she keeps picking men to date that she thinks are good for her.  And always boring.

Joshua is Mason’s best friend, and best man in the upcoming wedding.  He looks like everything Shelly doesn’t want in her life, but everything she is attracted to.  He looks like a bad boy that can give a girl the night of her life but in her opinion he doesn’t seem like a successful career man or business man she should go for.  But she gives in and decides to have a fling.

Joshua actually doesn’t want a serious relationship either and Shelly is the type of maneater he doesn’t want to be involved with.  But the chemistry is undeniable.  The first half of this book was sizzling enough that there might’ve been smoke coming off my headphones.

I have to admit after that the story lost a bit of steam for me.  I enjoyed the conflict but I’m not a fan of misunderstandings and I feel like some of the hang ups Shelly had could’ve been cleared up quicker with better communication.

So while this wasn’t perfect, it was very entertaining and incredibly hot.  And I just love the sexy heroes in this series.  And as much as that’s true, I have a feeling the next one will take the cake.  I’m so ready to read EDIBLE!

After reading Exquisite, I couldn't wait to get my hands on Entice....

Shelly & Josh's story was a hot and sexy read. We met Shelly in Lena & Mason's story so had an idea of her character but this book showed us a very different side to the blonde bombshell.....

Josh Daniels was an instant attraction, let's face it, the man is sex on a stick!!!

The story follows the pair and we see how their attraction builds.
Entice had me laughing, feeling a little sad and a lot frustrated - another emotion filled tale from the pen of Ella Frank...... that girl can write a very steamy scene (and how!!!)

Looking forward to Edible and finding out what Rachel is all about!!!

    Hmmmm

I was a little disappointed with this sequel. I found Shelly's character shallow and hard to like. I understand she had issues with relationships, but having her go to events with one person and then make out with another was frustrating. Was it worth reading, yes, but some parts are difficult.

    man eater wins!

Shelly is my girl!!! Love her attitude!!! She is down right real, she knows she wants josh but he will eventually take her back to her loving self who is a girl wanting to not be hurt. Josh is yummy from head to toe and can't make you get lost in him in .5 seconds. I love how he knows he loves her first and is waiting for her to take the next step. <3
