Once again with very little to go on one of the Caldwell sisters, this time Allison the youngest, went off on a wild goose chase looking for her presumed dead father Zach so that their mother's estate could be settled and he could share in their inheritance. This time the destination was Afghanistan where the private eye they had hired went with her for protection since he couldn't convince her it was too dangerous for her to go at all let alone by herself. After much searching, Robert did find him with the help of others involved in a Special Forces unit. While this was going on Allison was staying at the US Embassy out of harm's way but after not hearing from Robert by their agreed upon deadline returned home. While home Allison had no knowledge of Robert's whereabouts or if her father had in fact been found. While the book had a happy ending it would have been nice to have a few more chapters to let us know how Jane, Margo and Allison who each found their one true love settled in and how their relationship with their long lost father fared. Even without that I would recommend this series.
Favorite Quote: She whipped around to see him standing in the kitchen's open doorway. He scanned her face with those pale gray eyes that she'd thought she would never see again. She realized she must look a wreck. The past week had been a nightmare of uncertainty. Twice, she'd woken up at midnight in a panic, unable to breathe, as if a crushing weight bore down on her lungs. He was alive.

This is the story of Allison Caldwell,the youngest Caldwell sister in search of her missing father,Zach Caldwell and Robert Rivera,an ex-Navy SEAL,now a private investigator.Their adventures, danger,mystery,suspense,love,steamy sex,rescue from an Afghani prison,betrayal,secrets,family,romance and finding your soulmate. This a fast paced story with plenty of action that will have you turning pages as Robert and Allison find Zach and love all the while trying to stay out of danger.
