    Rainbows Prophecy ( by Brave:)

Frost looked up to see a a huge oak tree in front of her. ' wow i have to climb over that if i want to be a true fledge!' She thought to herself. She stood at the roots of the tree reminding herself of the steps to becomeing a flege, ' first climd high oak then swim the rageing river finally race across to the edge of the forest and back to camp all by dawn!' She gave a nod of satisfaction before beggining to climb. The trunk was slippery because it had just rained makeing everything harder. Frost leaped up to the next branch then the next and the next. Finaally she reached the Claw Branch. She purred quickly and carefully makeing her way down once on the ground she raced off to the river. Knowing her mentor was watching she stoppeed at the rivers edge before plundging in. The water rushed around her as she paddled confidently through almost to the other end when her paw slipped and she went under the crashing water. Frost struggled to get back to the surface. But couldnt she went limp. Opening her eyes she was nolonger in the rageing river. A silvery cat was standing infront of her. " hello. I have come with a message." The cat said sweetly. Frost the answered "w-where am i?" The cat then respondwd. " no matter." Then everything darkened " you will lead..." suddely she was back in the river. Frost swam to the surface the words stuck in her mind as she staggered on.

    Racing fire (by Crystalfrost)

Running, running, running as fast as I can. Why? Because ten men, army men, were after me. Why? Because the president thinks I set off that bomb in NYC. He'll blame anyone, though. Especially to cover up anything he thinks he could be blamed for.
It was the year 2018. Guns were taken away from the civilians last year, and knives were about to be forbidden, too.
Anyways, I kept running. Until I remembered my charm. Last night, a strange person gave me a necklace. On the outside, it looks ordinary. On the inside, it's magical. The person had told me to use it only in my greatest need.
I held my hand on the charm, and I instantly felt myself shrink. But I wasn't falling, because I had wings. Yes, I turned into a butterfly. The men stopped, confused, then turned back. I was safe, for now.
I was a pretty shade of purple. I flew up into the hollow of a tree. Suddenly, the person who gave me the necklace appeared in front of me. "Press your hand on the charm again, and you will turn back to human. And you can switch back and forth at any time." She told me. 'Th-thank you.' I thought, because as a butterfly, I was unable to speak.
I flew back to my hometown, Weinten, and gasped. Or whatever a butterfly does. My hometown was in flames. I inspected the town, and thankfully all the houses on flames were empty. I saw the same ten men questioning the townsfolk, then setting buildings on fire. I saw my little sister, who was twelve, two years younger then me, being pushed out of our home, and watching the house set ablaze. I knew I had to do something. But what could a butterfly do? 'Oh no. I left my charm in the forest!" I thought.

    Story

Screaming, running, fire, rocks, tears, last goodbyes. It all comes back flashbacks and nightmares. Now here I am, in a strange place, with a strange mark on my arm, a strange power and no memory but these flashbacks and a picture of a boy. I hear a sound outside, jolting me from my thoughts. I close my eyes and roll over on my makeshift "bed". It's just a car driving past. After a while I get up and walk over to the large dirty mirror and take a good look at my self. A girl stares back, with tangled blonde hair and confused green eyes. I sigh and grab my old brush. I begin to ease the tangles out of my hair until its at least a little straighter. Putting the issue of my hair aside, I decide to see if I still can do it. Closing my eyes, I thought really hard of my favorite animal and touched the necklace around my neck. I feel a tingling sensation all throughout my body. I open my eyes and where I stood, there is now a golden, slender cat with green eyes. My necklace has turned into a white diamond fur shape on my chest. Slipping from my "home", I pad to the hilltop. I prefer to go in animal form, because who knows what would happen if I came out as a human. People would be after me. Most people leave cats alone. So as far as anyone knows, I'm a cat. I sit on the hill and let my mind wander. It immediatly goes to the boy. But this time, a picture of a girl pops up. I don't remember this one. The girl looks about my age and is smiling. She has short brown hair and hazel eyes. She is so familiar, just like the boy. But something's off about her. I look at the picture again. There! She has cats ears and a cat tail. Half cat half human. Okay...And another girl! This one has brown hair and brown eyes, like the boy. And looking at her mental picture again I see she has wings. I quickly take my mind back to the boy. He has...he doesn't have anything. I decide it's time to go back. I begin to trot back to my hut. There's a human outside my door. I freeze shock as he turns and looks at me. It's the boy from my memories. By: Kali Thanks for reading!
