    Real Leadership

Walters and Sanders are spot on. Leaders today who lead for Wall Street are nothing more than 90 day leaders and will ultimately fail, both personally and professionally. Most leadership books today miss the starting point of a grounded leader... Christ. Without this fundamental starting point leaders constantly search for significance only to end up in further chaos. With Christ as our role model, today's leaders will empower their employees to perform at their utmost. Hats off to Walters and Sanders for being bold enough to tell the truth and lead their organizations with the principals they decscribe in Equipped to Lead. A must read if you want more out of yourself, your organization, and your people.

    Very Interesting Book

Equipped to Lead is well worth the money and time to read it. This book just makes sense. I personally think we are all leaders in one form or fashion ¿ if we are not, we should be ¿ this book has very valuable information for all of us. But I must say, one of the most important messages that this book very obviously shows is what will happen in your personal life and your organization when you keep God first and foremost, whether you are a leader of one or thousands!

    Real Page Turner

Equipped to Lead is by far one of the best management books I have read in my 45 years in a senior management role. I am truly inspired by the 4P Management System and in fact, have implemented it in my current management responsibility as General Manager of an Operation in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have recommended that my staff read this book and have ordered copies for each staff member at my own personal expense.
