Overview

Eight powerful lessons to help you relieve stress, calm your mind, increase your intuition and "escape the matrix" from the award-winning author of Mystic Warrior.

Written in clear language and based on universal, mystic principles, if you are interested in stress management, anger management, stress relief, spiritual growth, connecting with your true self and attaining inner peace, then this book is for you.

Relieving Stress - Understand how stress affects you and the ultimate way to prevent it from affecting your physical, emotional and mental health.

Overcoming Fear - Probably the most debilitating emotion that humans must confront is that of fear. You can eliminate fear by taking conscious action and being your true self.

Eliminating Anger - Anger is a mental quality that arises when expectations do not match reality. It cannot be eliminated by physical or mental means, but requires spiritual awareness.

Dis-Identifying from Your Emotions - Presence and purification are two spiritual practices that lead to dis-identification with your emotions and thoughts, which helps you to connect to your true self.

Taking Back Your Power - You have been trained from birth to give away your power to "experts." It is not only your right, but your responsibility, to decide, for yourself, what you think and take back your power.

Listening to Your Inner Master - Learning to distinguish between the voice of your ego and that of your inner master or higher self can be tricky. Here's how to tell.

Being Yourself - The simple advice, "Just be yourself," contains a nugget of profound wisdom that goes far beyond attracting money, fame or love. "Being yourself" is your one and only mission on earth.

Escaping the Matrix - Escaping the Matrix is a metaphor for the mystic path of enlightenment. Understanding the rules that govern the Matrix provides you with a way out of suffering and towards a life of inner peace.

Universal wisdom - simple yet profound

The messages within this short book are universal wisdom. Simple yet profound. A gift to whomever is open to receiving. Please accept my gratitude for your making these principles available so freely and in such easy to understand language.

    Alright

I was enjoying this book the first few chapters. I was hoping it would go into more depth, but dissapointed me. Good concepts, but only scrapes the surface of them. Leads you to a website i am not going to even bother looking into. Good luck!

    Solution: meditate

That is the moral of this book in a nutshell. That and avoid anger and fear and media news and be true to yourself. Includes lots of pop culture references for a book inspiring that kind of wisdom. Not very good I think. Then again cuz my expectations dont meet reality so I also have anger issues too and need to escape the matrix and write a better book myself. Anyway lots of garbage reading in here that lacks insight into complexity. Needs less metaphors and more sights into other perspectives.
