The Editor: Aleksandar Jokic is Professor of Philosophy and Conflict Resolution Graduate Program at Portland State University. He is Director of the Center for Philosophical Education at Santa Barbara City College and co-founder of the International Law and Ethics Conference Series (ILECS). Jokic is the author of Aspects of Scientific Discovery and editor of War Crimes and Collective Wrongdoing.
