You've got to be kidding me...

I bought this book looking for assistance in writing my personal essay. Was I disappointed. Unless you've held a job on Capitol Hill, are of 3-4 different ethnic decents, graduated from high school early with hundreds of advance placement credits already for college, served in the military, battled through a potentially terminal illness and spent years as a missionary in a third world country, all at the same time I might add, this book is of no assistance. There were all of 2-3 pages in the book that provided any insight as to what the admission council is looking for. Do yourself a favor, read those 2-3 pages in the bookstore - don't waste your money on this book.
