    Refreshing

    I have read 50+ self-help and spiritual books over the last 15 years and this book is one of my favorites. The format is a bit different -- it's an esoteric wisdom book disguised in a mainstream self-help package -- but I think it's very effective overall, having many teaching stories and practical exercises. I would recommend it to people that want to raise the level of their consciousness.

    This is a rare, true book

    There's a certain excitement that comes with discovering a book in which you know that the author is presenting the truth--and Guy Finley's Fearless Living is one of those rare books. What's phenomenal is that, in reading this book, I realized that Mr. Finley was simply reminding me of truths and principles that I had forgotten about and/or ignored. Somewhere along the way the world lulled me to sleep, and I forgot that the purpose of life isn't to acquire as much money and power as I can. Fortunately, as this book points out, Truth always welcomes us back home when we are finally tired of the purposes offered to us by the world. The knowlege is this book is timeless, practical, and can be applied instantly in daily life. If you've been searching for THE book to help you resolve the unrest in your mind and heart...you don't need to look any further.

    A Real Treasure

    This is one of the best books on fearless living I have ever come across. It is insightful, practical and one of those rare treasures that makes your hear sing that true knowledge not only exist but is accessible if one knows where to look. Savor and enjoy this book for all of its riches.

    Healing words that help you find peace and strength

    I am very familiar with Guy Finley's work and have even been fortunate enough to hear him speak in person. He is without a doubt connected to a deep esoteric understanding that bridges the many worlds we live in -- physical, spiritual, emotional. Like his other books, this latest one on Fearless Living is just filled with pages of pearls. I believe its main purpose is to stir the reader into remembering that we can either use this life as it was meant to be used -- for our higher education -- or be used by it as we pursue pleasures and powers that don't last. There are many things I've learned from Guy's work... that pain and fear and anger are meant to wake me up, not shake me up... that real interior change happens when you work in tense moments to NOT be what you've been (unkind, impatient, scared) instead of trying or pretending to be the opposite... and most of all I've learned that true fearlessness starts with remembering that, as Guy says in this new book, 'we are made for whatever happens to us whenever we are willing to let God remake us in that moment.'

    Perhaps the best book ever on the subject of self realization

    Over a period of 40 years I have read just about everything written on the subject of self realization...some good, some goofy, for sure. But this book 'really' has it all insight, practices, no-nonsense wisdom, and a view of reality, and our real role in it that, in my opinion is unsurpassed. Thank you, Mr. Finley.

    Let that wave of fear rise - and fall

    The author writes, 'Fighting with, resisting any wave creates more waves. Do something new: let that wave of worry or fear rise - and fall - back into the darkness from which it came and be assured it will do just that, if we only agree to let it run its natural course. Why should this non-action be our choice? Because if we dare to watch the wave go its own way, then soon we will observe a true miracle: all waves return - on their own - back into the uncharted depths of the ocean from which they came, but only when we watch and don't touch!' Beautiful, ready-to-prove ideas like this one are found throughout this life-saving book.
