I started practicing yoga a few years ago, and purchased this book when I couldn't find a class to go to. I'm currently going through training to teach yoga myself, and I still go back to this book at least every other day. It is a great reference. The poses are thoroughly and clearly explained, and the illustrations are realistic and very helpful. I highly recommend this to anyone starting a yoga practice, and anyone who has already found it.
Easy to follow layout with illustrations for beginner to advanced. Informative text and also includes routines. Must have book for your library!
