    I Also Recommend:

Good but not as good as CHC Theory or Cross Battery

While an excellent text that provided an interesting perspective of psychological process, I believe that the Essentials of Cross Battery by Flanagan is a more useful approach. Dehn provides an interesting abstract explaination of psychological process, but little in the form of a concrete step by step process that uses psychological process as a means of understanding a person's learning profile.

A major advantage to the Flanagan text, is that the 2nd edition comes with programs on CD that help interpret assessment results.

A good book to read after you have read Flanagan's.
