    Freaking Great but....

Its really short....too short for a 48 page book that 10 to 12 pages is mostly listing of other books & reviews -_-.....it should have been 99 cent instead of three bucks, its great but not worth the 3 bucks because of how short it is....

    Just OK

Eternal Blood is not a great introduction to the series. The 1st book was pretty good not a 5* but a solid 3.5-4. The characters in this book were not very like able and it did not make me want to read their stories. It wod have been very confusing had I not read the first book.

    more from this reviewer

A quick bite that will leave you craving more!

Without purpose and guilt eating away at him, Impure vampire Gray Donahue lives for nothing more than blood and sex. Cursed with the ability to hear other’s thoughts it is the only way to make his existence bearable. Even fighting for the cause of his fellow Impures cannot sway Gray from his current course. But when the Order flashes him out of a promiscuous limo ride and into one of their barbaric rituals, and the veana that Gray can’t get out of his mind comes to his rescue, Gray realizes that there are some things worth fighting for. Eternal Blood is a short novella that falls in between Eternal Kiss and Eternal Captive, and follows Sarah Donahue’s (Alexander Roman’s mate, Eternal Hunger) brother, Gray and the pureblood veana Dillon. It was an exciting peak into Gray’s mind and a great little nugget between novels but far shorter than I would of liked. A must read for Mark of the Vampire fans and a story that will continue on into Eternal Beast, and even a smidge into Eternal Captive. Filled with muy sexual tension, shocking scenarios, titillating dialogue and everything else you’ve come to expect from Laura Wright’s hot vampires. I can’t wait to see more of these two in Eternal Beast, it is sure to be blazing!

    Best Novella.....

I love this series. Laura Wright is an amazing author and has created a fantastic "vampire" world that you want to keep reading about. This "novella" gives you a "tease" of the characters and keeps you waiting for the next novel release. This wss a great insight into some of the " side" characters.

    Spellbinding novella!

Our Review [by Michelle L. Olson – LITERAL ADDICTION’s Pack Alpha]:
I adore Mark of the Vampire. It’s no secret. Having this eSpecial was just what I needed to tide me over until the release of Lucian’s book, Eternal Captive, in February. What I didn’t expect was for this novella to be so explosive.
Eternal Blood throws the reader into the mind and life of Gray just as he’s starting his work with the Impures for the cause. After an unusual twist of Events that literally had me gasping, Dillon comes to the rescue and we’re treated to the sarcastic banter that we’ve come to love from these 2 characters, only more intense because there is loads of sexual chemistry.
Laura definitely knows her stuff! It was hot, action packed, and dramatic and left you wanting so much more; in short, an amazing teaser and nibble to hold us over until Eternal Captive in February.
LITERAL ADDICTION gives Eternal Blood 5 skulls and recommends it for all Mark of the Vampire fans! If you haven’t picked up Laura’s Mark of the Vampire series yet we highly suggest that you shuffle it to the top of your TBR list ASAP and get reading, because there is a doozy of a book coming next month!

    short but EXPLOSIVE!!!!

Eternal Blood is an especial that thrusts us into the life of Gray Donahue at the point in time when he is searching for his purpose in life. He left the Roman brother household in Eternal Kiss because being an Impure, Gray wants to help the Impure resistance fight the Order.

When Eternal Blood starts off, we find Gray working with Riordan James, Vincent Seal and Piper Leigh who are part of a small but powerful vampire coven of Impure warriors. They believe that Gray is the missing piece to their puzzle. They each have a power, just like Gray has his mind power. But Gray is still unsure of what his purpose in life is, and he is unsure if he wants to be a part of their big plan. Gray then finds himself abducted and left in a horrible situation that will result in the ultimate horror for an Impure. While Gray is a prisoner, he meets a man that knew his father and he learns the truth of what his father really was. Will Gray walk away from the Impure resistance now that he knows the truth, or will he fight for them with all he's got?

When Dillon finds out that Gray was abducted she swoops in to rescue him and we get to see the explosive attraction and usual banter that we love between the two of them. This was a great teaser until the release of Eternal Captive in February. I am definitely looking forward to the release of Gray and Dillon's book, "Eternal Beast" in August.

I give "Eternal Blood" 5 out of 5 stars
