I have started reading these in order as a series. What catches my attention for a book is that there has to be an adventure,( and yes the romance is an added plus as long as thats not the whole storyline). This series has a continuuing storyline one that goes on eith every book that is interesting just a different d'Argent family member EXCEPT THIS BOOK DIDNT it had nothing to do with the storyline. I realize philippe was healing (course you'll have to read the previous books to know why hes healing they were better). but c'mon the whole book had no adventure so I was extremely disappointed ir was just what goes on between 3 people.
