All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
Like many teenage rockers of the late '90s, Eve 6 gets by on brash attitude as much as musical skills. That's not to say that the Los Angeles trio isn't talented or ambitious; far from it, as a matter of fact. great rock cd

Their self titled debut is Eve 6's best. This CD rocks clear through...the lyrics and music are full of hooks that fit together very well. If you like modern or alternative rock, buy this album!

nothing more than some catchy tunes

I can see where some people might like this cd but I really hate it. It has some catchy songs like inside out but they are really nothing more than a power pop trio. The only thing that I can really give them any points for is that they play their own instruments which is something that is missing from most popular music.

    Eve6 is pimpen

this album is the best i've heard. the great thing is there aren't that many cuse words so you can play it just about anywhere youwant and the price is great. the songs realat to real life. the lyrics are easy to understand and the songs vary in tempo so if you feel sad you can pick a slow song and if you are excited you can pick a fast song.

    debut record kicks a$$

I bought this CD right after it was released and I think it rocks because it is a whole new innovative style- kinda like green day with a little silverchair and googoo dolls thrown in. some of the lyrics blow and could use work but overall it's a great new alternative band on the scene
