    hilarious

I would give this book a 10 if I could. I laughed so hard reading this book. Done as letters to Dear Tabby, this book is written from the cat's perspective. While providing some useful info, most cat owner's will fully understand these letters and probably agree that something similar has happened to them. I highly recommend this to anyone who has or loves cats.

    Award winner!

This book won two awards from the Cat Writers Association: The Muse Medallion for best book about Behavior and Training, and The Tidy Cats Feline Behavior Award, which is awarded for the best entry overall on the subject of feline behavior.

    Wow! What a great book!

As a first time cat owner, I appreciated Ms. Adelman's book. It answers so many questions about owning a cat and taught me quite a few things. I didn't know that declawing was bad until I read why. Her style is so funny that it was entertaining just to read. What's more, I could skip to sections that covered the topics I was interested in and read those in kitty bite-sized portions. This is a great book for you or a friend.

    Great Reading Pleasure !

I find cats a very magic species, in wildlife or as pets. I was very curious about this book. What I found was a great book that gives a lot of useful and necessary knowledge to cat owners; But it is not just a simple work of reference for cat owners. To me what makes it a truly great book is the fact that it was written from the view of cats combined with reference for cat owners. It is a very valuable work not only for cat lovers but for book lovers just as well. It gives much reading pleasure and deserves a spot in any bookshelf.

The only book for cat owners

There's soooo much solid,well-informed advice in this little book. Tabby teaches and delights. The book is a witty and practical guide to enriching the life of you and your cat. It's essential reading for all cat owners and those thinking of getting a cat. If an long-time cat owner like myself can learn things from the book, just think what it can do for a novice.
