Every Day is a Tough Day

I've read the Navy SEAL motto many times: "The only easy day was yesterday." It's a fitting motto for the Christian walk.

The Christian life is not a path of ease. It's a battleground where we must daily build spiritual defenses against the sinful desires that wage war against our souls. Victory does not come by accident-it is the result of intentional, disciplined living.

This book aims to help those who are facing a tough day turn it into a victorious one.

About the Author

Steve Damron was raised in Cleveland, Ohio, under the ministry of Dr. Roy Thompson. His youth pastor, Pastor Dan Wolvin, played an important role in guiding him toward God. During his high school years, God's Word became Steve's greatest joy. This passion has remained the same, even though God's path has led him through many different areas of ministry. Steve graduated with a bachelor's degree in theology in 1993 and continued his education, earning a master's degree in Biblical Exposition. Later, he pursued a seminary degree, a Ph.D. in Religious Education, which he received in 2019. He served as a youth pastor for twenty years and then as a senior pastor for ten years. He is currently the director of Independent Baptist Seminary. Steve and Becky Damron were married in December of 1994 and have been blessed with four children. Steve's materials can be located at baptistpulpit.com, and some can also be found on Amazon Books.
