GREAT book, but didn't cover much on collecting after your judgement. Also, it describes issues such as subpoenas and etc, all of which is not allowed in AZ Small Claims court (fails to mention that). Broad view of laws on all states, but sometimes requires further research with your states Secretary of State. Definitely recommend -- NO -- Definitely REQUIRED for those who have no idea about small claims court.
