In this book Vineeth does more than just provide another rehash of cooking recipies - he breaks down the motivation of learning to cook right down to the core. He walks the reader through the equipment needed, as well as the lesser known ingredients. In providing recipies, Vineeth lays out what is needed for creating a 'flavor base' which can be creativly modified by the cook. Thus one particular recipie detailed in the book can be turned into several different meals by the reader.
