Paul Brodel attended Plymouth catering college where he discovered a natural flair for cooking. He went on to work in the catering industry. Paul began work in television as a food stylist and worked for top TV chefs, preparing dishes for show on air. Paul has now worked for all of the major shopping channels and does cooking demonstrations around the UK and Ireland.
Carol Beckerman is a food writer and enthusiastic cook with more than forty years experience. Having run the kitchen for a traditional English pub as well as catered large events and weekly neighborhood breakfast parties in the United States, she now cooks and bakes for local restaurants and runs her own Web site devoted to dairy-free cooking. She is the author of 500 Breakfast & Brunch Dishes (Sellers 2011). Carol lives in Hertfordshire, England.
