I think this book is a must-have for all those looking to trim their waste line. The Everyday Healthy website gave me a tremendous start to my weight loss and fitness regime. When this book came along, I was thrilled. Now, I do not have to order what I think is going to be better for me and come home, plug it in to my counter and hold my breath to see what damage I have done. I just have this book handy in my purse and make my selections ahead of time. You can actually go to the restaurants now and not be afraid!

This is a great tool for anyone who's serious about losing weight. There really isn't any magic pill for long-term weight loss, it's about calories in and calories out. This book is small enough to carry in your purse and bring with you to the grocery store and restaurants. It has sections on calories from store brands, restaurant foods from many chain restaurants, and foods you eat at home (vegetables, breads, meats, etc.). It also has sections on how many calories you need, portion sizes, and setting weight-loss goals. Overall, this book is a must for anyone who wants to lose weight or even if you just want to get a better understanding of what's really going into your body!

I wont even give it a star great wrtter doing the descrption for the product sure had me beleiving it was good now I am afrsid to buy any apps at all

I recently won this book in a contest and it came at a good time. I just started counting calories, so I was excited to get this book. It's very updated and has lots of information! Lots of restaurants, common foods and store brands. It also has sections about how many calories you need, tips for staying on track, information on carbs, protein, fats, etc. It's very helpful and I use it daily to help me keep track. It's even more updated than popular websites. It's small enough to carry in your purse or bag, making it very handy when eating out. I highly recommend this book!
