This book is excellent listing the calorie/fat/sodium/carb content of many foods. It is very helpful as my Mom is on a low sodium diet and we can easily look up the sodium content. My only complaint is that it is so small. Wish it was larger and easier to read. I went back and bought 2 more so everyone in the family can have one.
