Using a format similar to other Taste of Homepublications, this cookbook concentrates on menus and recipes that are appropriate for a healthy lifestyle. The 93 menus contain recipes for two dishes (White Chili and Southwestern Cornbread) plus "Appealing Partners" (Spinach Salad and Sugar-Free Cocoa) and "Practical Tips" (use precooked chicken). There are also over 300 other recipes arranged by type of food-appetizers, beverages, soups, salads, sides, breads, desserts.
