Library Journal

Using a format similar to other Taste of Homepublications, this cookbook concentrates on menus and recipes that are appropriate for a healthy lifestyle. The 93 menus contain recipes for two dishes (White Chili and Southwestern Cornbread) plus "Appealing Partners" (Spinach Salad and Sugar-Free Cocoa) and "Practical Tips" (use precooked chicken). There are also over 300 other recipes arranged by type of food-appetizers, beverages, soups, salads, sides, breads, desserts. All the recipes are contributed by readers but have been double-tested in the Taste of Homekitchen. Recommended for libraries that have found the other Taste of Homebooks popular.

If your looking for a great recipe book with a large number of tasty low fat recipes, look no more. These are easy recipes that any average cook can prepare in a minimal amount of time. I've lost about 8 lbs in 2 months using some of the recipes in this book. Each recipe gives you a serving size along with the caloric and fat content.

I love this cook book. It has all the nutritional information about everything in the book, I have made practically everything in the book and it's all really tasty. My husband and I have enjoyed cooking everything in it and so have our friends. Great cook book.

I am obcessed with books and cooking. so now cookbooks are my passions. I bought this one from Sam's club.and I have to write a reveiw about it. It is the ultimate cookbook.if you buy it you don't need any more cookbooks or recipes. it has 489 recipes, taged with their category as low carb, low fat, low whatever. it has how much calories and all the nutrition information. it has meats all kinds, meatless, pasta, side dishes, deserts, breads, cookies. whatever diet or no diet you'r on, it is there.it also has colored pictures of everything, great quality paper and hardcover. I'm telling ya, it is the ultimate cookbook... you will find anything you want, even low carb cookies....they are also easy to make, familiar igredients.
