    easy low carb!

    A friend recommended this book and I am glad she did! I love my slow cooker but it has been shelved since I went low carb about eight months ago. I have lost weight and have been able to keep the weight off by excercising and staying relatively low carb (less than 75 net carbs/day). This book offers GREAT recipes. There are slow cooker standards like beef stew and interesting new ideas like citrus salmon, which is really delicious. I have also starting making my roasted nuts in the slow cooker.

    Yummy! Not like 'diet' food!

    I got bored with food the last time I went low-carb. I thought I'd scream if I had to eat another salad. So here I am trying again. I bought this cookbook and have made several of the dishes, including the ice cream! I LOVE how easy it is to use my crockpot, and the food is DELICIOUS! Now I don't feel deprived!

    Useful cookbook

    My husband was told by his doctor to cut down on carbs. We work far from where we live, so we don't always have the energy to cook when we get home. This cookbook gave us some great ideas for meals that are low on carbs. I am not very experienced at cooking and found the instructions very easy to use and follow. I set the slow cooker up in the morning and our meals are all cooked and ready when we get home.

    Great Recipes & Easy to Prepare

    I have to admit that I am not domestic and some times very dangerous in the kitchen. Okay, may be some times is an understatement. I love this cook book -- especially the whole chicken recipe and the chicken salad recipes. If you are looking for low carb recipes that cook while you sleep, this is the book for you.
