Meet the Author

Victoria Woodhall, a journalist with 20 years’ experience as a writer and editor, is currently Deputy Features Editor at The Mail on Sunday’s YOU magazine. She has practiced yoga at triyoga (UK) Limited’s London triyoga centers since the first studio opened in 2000 and is now also a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher.

Jonathan Sattin was a West End lawyer and is the Founder and Managing Director of triyoga (UK) Limited in London, who took his first yoga class by chance in 1985. It immediately began to enhance his life, both spiritually and physically. He kicked a 40-a-day cigarette/14-a-day coffee habit and began his yoga journey. In February 2000 he opened the first triyoga (UK) center in Primrose Hill, London.

Triyoga (UK) Limited operates Europe’s leading yoga center, with a high-profile clientele and attracting the top UK and visiting international yoga teachers. The center first opened its doors in 2000, creating a high-quality destination for true well being, combining three key elements: yoga, Pilates, and treatments. The aim was (and continues to be) to have the best teachers, teaching a broad range of truly authentic styles of yoga in a great environment, where visitors could find a class suited to them.
