About the Author

Author Wayne C. Robinson is a retired timeshare and vacation club executive who worked in the industry for 15 years. He was responsible for hundreds of timeshare sales, marketing, and contract reviews for several resorts in the U.S., Canada. Mexico, and the Caribbean islands. Although Robinson practiced integrity throughout his career, increasing pressure from management to lie to customers and refusing to do so led to his retirement,
