Overview

With Ty in the hospital, Amy is struggling to keep up with the Heartland chores and stay positive. But when she agrees to help train a wild Mustang, Amy starts to doubt everything - including herself.

A new horse has arrived at Heartland. It is a stunning blue roan stallion - a Mustang that was purchased at a round-up out West. He has a beautiful, independent spirit.
Amy understands how to work with strong-willed horses. She has always had a sense of how to approach each one. With time, even the most defensive and fierce horses have grown to understand her, to yearn to reach out to her and make the bond. But this horse is different. He isn't angry or misunderstood. He is proud. When Amy watches him gaze out over the paddock fence, she wonders if he was meant to be wild and free.

Heartland is a horse farm nestled in the hills of Virginia, but it's much more than that. Heartland is a place like no other-a place where the scars of the past can be healed, a place where frightened and abused horses learn to trust again.

ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS IN A LONG TIME

I love to read. This is the first book that I have read out of this series. I thought it was great and plan to buy ALL the books soon. I wish Heartland was real it really took me into the book. I love how they do t-touch and every thing. I wish I could work with a Wild Mustang. I'm glad everything with Ty is going betterfor him and Amy. Now she doesn't have as much to worry about. I also thought it was cool because there was a Kerry-Ann and my name is Kerrie-Anne!

    best series

this was such a good book. i liked how it showed how hard it was for amy without ty and it showed how much she loved him. it was cool how amy and ty's mom talked and i like how amy helped with ty's recovery. i do think there should have been more with kerri-anne, it would have been interesting. the only things i dont like about heartland is Daniel and soroya and matt dating, i hoped it would be soroya and ben.

    Wonderful

I loved this book.It was very good,it showed how hard life is without Ty and how she shows how strong she is. It didnt surprise me that Dazzle didnt respond to Amy. But she was having alot of trouble, she thought she could get into any horse that every came to heartland, and know right away what she could do to work on. But when Dazzle arrived she was finally realizing that she cant get to every horse that comes to heartland, and she cant put all the pressure on herself, by not asking for help. But when Tys friend or old girfriend came I got a little worried but I knew that Ty could never forget Amy. i thought Amy was being very selfish about this subject in her life, but she should of known that it would never happen.

    Greatest horse book ever

I just love what every new heartland book has to say about all of the people and horses. I like how Amy and her family have grown so close together. Any and Ty make a great couple. I have been reading the series since I was in 6th grade and even as I grow older I seem to love the books more and more. I cant WAIT untill I read the next book, it is all so exciting!

    AMAZING!

This was one of the best books from the whole series. It was so welldone. And i loved every momment of it. I couldn't put it down. And i actually forced myself to stop reading and read it slowly, but i couldn't. I finished it in 2 days and i am now waiting for the 15th book to be ordered. Welldone Lauren, this was truely an amazing effort. It was so sad, but also interesting and captivating at the same time. Your the best author in the world.

    I luv the Heartland series!

This was a great book! I'm so glad Ty woke up from his coma. These books r really good. I have the whole series so far. I would like to recommend the fifteenth heartland book, Love is a gift. REALLY GOOD. Lauren Brooke, u r 1 of my favorite authors, I also like Terri Farley, author of Phantom Stallion. Anyway, if u haven't read this book, you should. B.T.W I only gave it four stars because I didn't really like the fact that Soraya and Matt r now a couple. I always wanted Ben and Soraya.

    Everything Changes (Heartland Series #14)

O damn, what a good book! Definetely my favorite! It's so realistic! Amy is grown up, that's nice. She so strong when Ty's in the hospital! And it's so fantastic how she talk with Ty's mom! All her friends, Lou and grandpa are great too: they are there for Amy when she needs them! But Amy needs Ty too...really hard...what's going to happen to Ty? Will he die, or will he wake up? Lauren: you've written the best book ever, keep up the good working!
