Great for the kid who loves to be in the kitchen

This kid's cookbook is really great as a first cookbook. I bought it for my 9 year old son and he couldn't wait to make something. We've tried several different recipes, they are easy to follow and most are items you would normally have on hand. Each recipe is also rated as to how easy or difficult it is which is helpful as they build their cooking skills. I highly reccomend this book for the beginner chef. There are also games and word puzzles throughout the cook book so it encourages them to read each page.

I bought this book for my 8 year old and she likes to use it to cook for me and her.  I'm going to buy this for a few of her friends as birthday presents.  It's great for their age.
