I love this rice cooker book!! It has a wealth of information on cookers, how to use them, recipes, and so on. I enjoy it more than a more expensive one (which shall remain nameless) I saw also on this site. I HIGHLY recommend this rice cooker book to anyone looking for not only an introduction to using this awesome appliance, but also to those who want to eat diverse, delicious, and healthy meals. Of course, if something is still not within your ideas for "healthy enough", you can tweak those dishes. Buy this one! :-)
