Everything Starts From Prayer: Mother Teresa's Meditations on Spirtual Life for People of All Faithsby Anthony Stern (Arranged by), Larry Dossey (Foreword by)
One of the greatest advantages of prayer is that it transcends all religions and can be practiced by everyone, everywhere. During her time on earth, Mother Teresa was renowned for devoting her life to being the ultimate servant for the poor and suffering. But people often overlook her deeply rooted spiritual life that fueled her outreach and allowed her to be the universal teacher of prayer for people of all faiths and walks of life.
In this touching, intimate collection of her writings, Mother Teresa offers words of grace and inspiration for hose seeking guidance on their spiritual path. The only volume chiefly dedicated to her teaching on prayer, Everything Starts from Prayer presents Mother Teresa's concise but powerful words on the subject. A bibliography of additional books about prayer from a variety of religions is provided for those seeking further perspective.
Perhaps the modern world's most treasured missionary, Mother Teresa carried out her message of servitude secure in the knowledge that prayer knows no prejudice. As she once whispered to a man stricken with illness:
"You say a prayer in your religion, and I will say a prayer as I know it. Together we will say this prayer and it will be something beautiful for God."

i could not put this book down. Mother Teresa is so inspirational and so are her prayers. I even had my 14 year old daughter read it and she loved it, she even wrote down her favorite prayers.
