Don't let this book get in the wrong hands!!Make sure to read the sample first. On the last page there is some sort of explanation about not to take certain verses with the meaning of abuse. Now if the author has to mention that he has to know that this could be sending mixed messages.Again, read the sample first!!!!

If all you want is a group of scriptures with vague references to parenting than this will work. I could have just as easily want to the back of my bible, looked up the word child, and read the listed verse. Had a few nice quotes as chapter introductions, but virtually no life application or good explanations of even why certain verses were included. Luckily, it was free. I would not recommend spending money on this publication.
