    Very Disappointed

Many of these recipes are well know to everyone and you could get from regular cookbooks and are everyday recipes - that don't contain meat. I was hoping for more meat susbstitute type recipes and this didnt have it. If it was not an Nook book, I would return it.

    Great bang for the buck!

The book was quite a surprise considering the price. The writing was direct and helped take the work out of preparing some of the more complex tasting dishes without actually cutting corners. The book incorporates easily obtainable, yet seemingly exotic ingredients. The general tips interspersed throughout the book are amusing and informative. I've cooked about 20 of the recipes so far and and haven't been disappointed yet. The Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Radicchio were hits with everyone, I've cooked them both several times.

    Great Gift

There must be something special about this book. My sister, who has been a vegeterian for about 15 years, asked for it for Christmas.
