Meet the Author

Samuel Langhorne Clemens (1835-1910), best known by his pen name Mark Twain, was an author and humorist noted for the novels The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (which has been called "The Great American Novel") and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, among many other books. Twain was raised in Hannibal, Missouri, which later provided the setting for Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, and he spent time as a riverboat pilot on the Mississippi River before finding fame as a writer.

A bit on the "know it all" side for a gifted and talented writer to say thus and so about Adam and Eve. I enjoyed the book and could not put it down until the last paragraph and period.

...even Eve would agree. But don't read it from a modern-day work, take it from Eve, who started it all - with a little help. Every woman should read this book. And if you don't cry and love your husband more at the end, appreciating him for all his god-given foibles, there is something wrong with you. Bravo to Mark Twain and his imagination.

Not as humorous perhaps as Adam's Diary, but great all the same. And if you know THE APPLE TREE you'll discover the source for "What Makes Me Love Him?" in these pages.

Do plan on lots of time on the phone, resetting and reloading your nook, then you still won't be able to read it. This ebook won't load on the Nook, and they most certainly are not going to give a refund!
