Audience: This book is written for certified athletic trainers and students studying for their certification. The book is written by a credible authority.
Features: It covers basic musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology, principles of the physical exam, techniques of the physical exam, and basic lists of differential diagnosis. The pictures of practitioners performing varying physical exam techniques are the best feature of this book.
Assessment: This book has definite utility in the NATA community. This second edition is more organized and has better explanations of exam techniques.
