This E&E was very helpful in studying for me exam!

The E&E gives a very good broad overview of concepts and some of the more important, and commonly encountered exceptions. Unlike some other outlines I looked at, this one does not take nit picky little exceptions and ask you to figure those out. It was very good for a general aid in understanding concepts.
