    Really Helpful

I was lost in my Administrative Law class at the beginning. I could not understand what the professor was talking about. I even could not understand the assigned readings. I could not identify issues from the assigned cases. I consulted some study aids, but found this one most helpful. It gave you necessary background knowledge so that you could have a better understanding why the Court made such a decision and why the agency made such a rule. After reading this book, Admin Law became my favorite class.
