There comes a time in the life of every business Excel user when you just have to face the facts: It’s time to learn VBA. Now, you can make it hard on yourself. Or you can do it the easy way, with Excel VBA: In Easy Steps.

This is VBA from scratch, organized into almost 100 bite-sized “modules,” each presented simply, cleanly, in full color, with plenty of examples. Suddenly, learning VBA doesn’t have to be a life mission: You can actually do it in your spare time. Bill Camarda

Best Desk Reference available for the begginer Excel VBA programmer

This book breaks down Excel VBA so that you can understand and program in short order. I was actually online trying to find another copy for work. This book is sacred to me as a reference.

    Good for Beginners

Most tutorial books take too much for granted, saying 'Do this' without explanation of why. This book explains why things are to be done. For the moderately experienced Excel user who wants to get started using VBA, this is the place to begin. It won't cover everything you'll ever need, but will make follow up books more useful.

top notch for a quick fix

It is clear and concise and easy to both use and follow. Gave me what I needed to get some quick (and not so simple) macros working. I bought this and a couple of the $40+ texts on VBA for Excel and returned the other two.
