Lior shows how each of us has the opportunity to deliver excellence several times a day through the choices we make. Excellence is not reserved for the few. The choices we make determine whether we and our companies deliver excellence for our families, our friends, our communities and our customers. I found it refreshing to read a book that inspires me to be the best 'me' that I can be rather than to emulate those who grace the front page of the newspaper.
