I got both the DVD and the book available on her website http://www.befitmom.com/. The DVD is great, explains very well and tells us what not to do as well, which is a very important thing. I personally struggle with workouts because I was never taught the right way to do them. It explains how the muscles change after pregnancy very briefly in a way which tells you the importance of the exercises and then explains the exercises themselves such as how to do "kegels" and how to do abdominal and pelvic floor reconditioning. Apart from those introductory segments, it has 3 complete workout programs, one gentle enough for beginners, one that is more advanced and one for a certain condition that some may have called "abdominal separation". She also explains how soon after pregnancy to start with the exercises. It comes with an exercise band that is used in the workouts on the DVD. The book is great as well. It has a part at the start which explains the concepts in the exercise program, gives some background on how the muscles work and so on. Each topic is two or three pages so it's brief and to the point. After that the exercise programs are explained with pictures to illustrate. At the end of the book there's a very useful chapter on everyday activities like lifting stuff, breastfeeding and handling car seats and how to do them the right way.
