Features: The book outlines with brief explanations all pertinent exercise testing and evaluation guidelines that are recognized by the ACSM. It is written so readers may jump from one test to another. Lastly, the tables are extremely useful in helping to evaluate and interpret the results following testing.

It is written for any person interested in exercise testing, but should be a right-hand tool for someone conducting exercise testing on a regular basis.
