Eggs, carrots, milk, raisan bran, yogurt, frozen yogurt, crackers, ranch, salad, rice, cheese, steak, salmon, granola, apples, bannanas, chex mix, tea, orange juice, cucumbers, turkey, pasta, hummus, ground beef, whole grain bread, and rice pudding. Is that good? Yes!
