Going to Glacier Park? This book will help.

Not a bad guide for Glacier. It has quite a bit of detail about the park and the hiking trails, but I wish it had more trail detail. For example, more specific instructions, such as: 1) Park here, 2) Total distance (out and back, or loop), 3) Elevation change 4) Difficulty rating, (5) stuff like "at 0.3 miles look west for a view of, or at 1.1 miles, watch for moose", etc. and 6) dangerous points, like steep drops, poisonous plants, etc.

Additionally, I'd like more traveller's info like places where cold food, hot food, drinks, band aids, etc. can be purchased. Where if anywhere, are sit down and order restautants, cafeterias, sandwich shops?

I'm sure there may be better (more specific) guides out there. This one had a little too much personal comment about themselves, but it was the best available at my nearest Barnes and Noble.
