    Good book, but depressing

I bought this book and had to return it because the narrative was so eco-pessimist I couldn't stand it. Sullivan gives some of the history of the area he is describing, but somehow makes you not want to go there with comments about how people visting these places ruin them. Otherwise, it looked like the information was good.
